All orders are processed automatically through www.marlumob.com. Once an order has been placed, you will receive a purchase confirmation email. A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent once payment has been processed and your parcel has been dispatched.

A flat rate of $15 applies to all orders shipped within the United States. All orders placed on www.marlumob.com ship delivered-duty-paid. There are no additional charges upon delivery. Taxes, duties, and tariffs are covered by MarluMob.

Please note that these shipping terms apply to the continental U.S. only. For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, please anticipate an additional 2–5 business days due to carrier restrictions in your region.

At this time, we are unable to ship to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or U.S. Territories. Any orders placed to addresses in these areas will be canceled.

Standard shipping is available on all Canadian orders. Shipping is complimentary on orders over $200 CAD to select regions. Please note that remote area surcharges may apply for certain postal codes, including northern and territorial destinations. In these cases, applicable surcharges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

A flat rate of £8 applies to all orders shipped within the United Kingdom. Delivery to UK mainland addresses is complimentary on orders over £200. Please note that surcharges apply for the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland.

All orders placed on marlumob.com ship delivered-duty-paid. VAT, duties, and tariffs are covered by MarluMob.

At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, British Overseas Territories, or any address to which our carriers are unable to deliver. Orders placed to addresses in these areas will be canceled.

For our European customers, MarluMob is available through select retail partners in Paris, London, Madrid, and Barcelona.
